The girl behind the camera

First, thank you for taking the time to view my photography and check out my website. My name is Catherine Michelle. I'm a natural light photographer and my passion is to capture lifestyle photography.  My husband and I have been together for 19 years, married for 10, and have 3 children.

Since I was a teenager I was the friend that always had a camera or video camera that I took with me everywhere. My husband bought me my first camera when our oldest son was 5 and that's when I started exploring photography and learning how to edit.

We've been traveling as a family for my husband's career for the past 14 years which has given me the opportunity to capture different types of lifestyles with some of the most amazing landscapes.

​

Our dream has always been to retire in Montana, buy land in the mountains, and build our dream home. My husband started his own business which brought us to Plains, Montana earlier than ever imagined.  This picturesque town is so breathtakingly beautiful with so many locations to shoot sessions I feel very blessed. I look forward to growing with this community and expanding throughout Sanders County and hopefully experiencing Missoula and Kalispel as well.
